Road Resurfacing

Project Description

As part of a four-phase citywide plan, crews are resurfacing streets across Waukegan that have reached the end of their pavement life. Phase 2 focuses on residential and connector streets showing the most wear, with milling, base repair, and new asphalt overlays. Work is sequenced neighborhood by neighborhood to minimize disruption, and lane closures are posted in advance so residents can plan around active work zones.
