Information we collect
Information you give us. When you submit a contact form, sign up for project updates, or email us, we collect what you provide, such as your name, email address, phone number, street address or neighborhood, and your message. We use it to respond to you, address project-related concerns, and send updates you asked for.
Comments. If comments are enabled and you leave one, we collect the data shown in the comment form, plus your IP address and browser user agent string to help detect spam. An anonymized string created from your email address (a hash) may be sent to the Gravatar service to check whether you use it. The Gravatar privacy policy is available at https://automattic.com/privacy/. After your comment is approved, your profile picture is visible to the public alongside it.
Media. If you upload images to the website, avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS). Visitors can download and extract any location data from images on the website.
Information collected automatically. Like most websites, our hosting provider records standard server logs, including IP address, browser type, pages visited, and the date and time of each visit. We use this information to keep the site secure and running properly. If Google Analytics or another analytics tool is installed, we also use Google to understand how visitors use the site. It collects anonymized usage data through cookies. We do not sell your personal information.

The login-page test cookie and the editing cookie contain no personal data. Logging out removes the login cookies. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, though some features may not work as expected.

Form submissions and emails are kept as long as needed to respond and as required by applicable records-retention rules. Comments and their metadata are retained indefinitely so follow-up comments can be approved automatically.
For registered users (site administrators and editors), we store the information in their user profile. Users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time, except their username. Website administrators can also see and edit that information.
Your rights over your data
